WILEY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH CRIMIN SOLICITATION OF CHINA BECAUSE IMAGE, BUT IS ATTORNEY CLAIMS THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN WILEY AND THE FEMALE STUDENT ARE LEGAL BECAUSE THEY WERE CON SENSE EXPUL PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT.
